Load Cell Amplifiers
Strainstall's load cell amplifiers are used when a stronger signal is required or a longer distance is needed between the load indicators and the load cells. They have been designed for ease of installation and commissioning and are housed in a variety of enclosures to suit different applications, including a larger outer enclosure for multiple load cell use.
Our popular DIN rail mounted load cell amplifier includes IECex certification - Certification code: II 1G Ex ia IIC T4 Ga (-40ºC ≤ T amb ≤ +60 ºC).

Intrinsically safe amplifiers
Also available as part of a complete load cell is the intrinsically safe 4-20mA in-cell amplifier, which is probably the smallest in-cell amplifier on the market. It is a programmable 2-wire amplifer which provides the additional features of temperature compensation and linearizatrion. Certificate code: II 1G Ex ia IIC T4 Ga (-40ºC ≤ Tamb ≤ +70 ºC).
