Tension Load Cells

The tension load cells range can generally be divided into three main types - flat plate, 'S' or 'Z' beam and tensile columns, and all can be considered an effective alternative to load shackles. The column tension load cells have threaded
ends suitable for swivel bearings and are manufactured from high strength aluminium for low capacites and stainless steel for higher capacities.

The 'S' or 'Z' type tension load cells are universally popular in general industrial applications for both general purpose and high accuracy, while the larger capacity column tension load cells are suitable for use in hazardous areas and so are extremely robust.
